Sometimes you just wanna eat junk, right? You probably usually eat good-for-you foods but sometimes you get a craving for that thing you grew up on or something you ate on that crazy-long roadtrip you took with your buddy. Whatever it is you want, you can probably get it now.

I’m so tired of hearing “What do you eat?!” like all we can eat is iceberg lettuce. How about Oreo Cookies? Swedish Fish? Poptarts?

Accidentally Vegan

There are so many vegan comfort foods now.
Vegan Ribs
Peanut Butter Cups
Ice Cream Sandwiches

Pretty much, you name it. I find it a fun quest to make something I’ve been craving like
White Chocolate
and Rice Crispy Treats

Then there’s eating out. In LA we have vegan fast food places all over town. There is
Doomie’s Home Cookin’ that has everything from their version of a “Big Mac” to Chicken Fried Steak. There’s Orean’s Health Express that has awesome soft serve ice cream. There’s Scoops , Babycakes Bakery
and on and on the list goes.

So go crazy, just not too often, or you’ll end up having to think about your weight again. Which you probably haven’t done since you went vegan.
